VFC has once again impressed with their latest AEG, introducing the VFC Colt MK12 MOD 1 (Crane Stock). This airsoft rifle offers a 1:1 scale, mirroring the real steel variant and delivering an impressive weight and feel. As expected from VFC, the craftsmanship is top-notch, and the rifle features all the authentic Colt markings due to its licensing, making it a great choice for gun collectors.
The standout feature is the stunning metal receiver, complemented by a 310mm RIS Rail System Handguard with three 155mm Rail Covers. This setup allows for maximum customization with sights, grips, and lasers. The 370mm outer barrel is equipped with a 135mm metal flash hider, complete with a dummy gas block and gas tube. The polymer Non-Slip Textured pistol grip strikes a balance between comfort and grip, ensuring a solid hold on this beast. Towards the rear, there's a polymer 275mm fixed stock that suits most operators. Additionally, the detachable Flip-up Front and Flip-up Rear Sights provide reliable backup options for those using sights. The rifle comes with a metal housing 300-round magazine, ensuring plenty of ammunition to rain havoc on enemies in the field.
With a velocity of around 350 FPS, the VFC Colt MK12 MOD 1 performs admirably in both semi-auto and full-auto modes. It can be easily carried using a single, 2- or 3-point tactical sling, thanks to the available sling mount. It's important to note that the rifle runs on small Tamiya-type batteries, accessed from the rear of the gun in the buttstock.
