Airsoft BBs
Load Up with the Best Airsoft PEW PEW Ammo!
Airsoft BBs are small spherical projectiles used as ammunition in Airsoft guns. Typically made from plastic, they come in various sizes and weight, with 6mm 0.2g being the most common. Airsoft BBs are designed to be safe for recreational shooting, as they do not cause significant harm when they hit players due to their low velocity and lightweight construction. Here at eHobbyAsia, we carry standard 6mm Airsoft BBs which is the industry standard choice of ammunition, but we do also sell biodegradable Airsoft BBs which are made from eco-friendly materials that breaks down naturally over time, making it a prime choice and sometimes the only choice for outdoor skirmishes. We also have a wide range of Airsoft tracer BBs which are specialized ammunition featuring an illuminated core that glows in the dark when used in conjunction with a tracer unit (click here to check out our tracer unit catalog), leaving streaks of light in their path. Perfect for low-light CQB or night operations, these Airsoft tracer BBs add an extra layer of excitement and strategy to your gameplay. Arm yourself with the best Airsoft ammunition for the job, so load up with eHobbyAsia and get ready to conquer the field!

Can you reuse airsoft BBs?
You can, but we highly recommend not to do so as Airsoft BBs are not designed to be reusable. When fired from an Airsoft gun, BBs experience a certain level of stress and deformation which can affect their accuracy and performance in subsequent shots. Reusing BBs can lead to jams in your Airsoft gun, reduced accuracy, and potential damage to the guns inner components. It is generally advised to use fresh, high-quality BBs for each Airsoft game session to ensure consistent and reliable performance.
Can Airsoft guns shoot metal BBs?
No, absolutely not! Airsoft guns are not designed to shoot metal BBs. Airsoft guns are specifically designed to fire plastic BBs, which are lightweight and relatively safe to use for recreational play. Using metal BBs in an Airsoft gun can be extremely dangerous and is not recommended. Metal BBs are much heavier and harder than plastic Airsoft BBs, and firing them from an Airsoft gun can cause serious damage, both to the gun itself and to any potential targets or, more importantly, to people. It can result in injury or permanent damage. It's essential to follow safety guidelines and use the appropriate ammunition for your Airsoft gun. Always use the type of BBs recommended by the manufacturer, which are typically plastic 6mm BBs. Using any other type of ammunition can be dangerous and may void and warranties associated with the Airsoft gun.
