Great customer services. I bought two TM goggle foglesss fans initially and unfortunately one of which didn't work, I then contacted the customer services reported the issue and they requested to video it showing more details so they can analyse the issue. In the end they confirmed they are gonna send me a new one for replacement and they bear the shipping cost etc...... excellent customer services and timely response when a customer had issue with their product.
