Compared to the Gen 2 PTS Griffin M4SD-II mock suppressors, this relaunched version retains the signature machined fluted surface design, reducing weight while enhancing structural strength. The Quick Detach (QD) mechanism has been upgraded with a redesigned metal plate shape and optimized angles for faster installation/removal and improved long-term durability. Additionally, the inner tube diameter has been adjusted to accommodate PTS Dead Air Sandman mock suppressor spacers and tracers. The front cap is now interchangeable with the PTS DA Sandman series, allowing this relaunched model to also function as a tracer unit.
