This GHK MK18 MOD1 is made entirely of metal, including a metal receiver with engraved "COLT" markings, a metal Daniel Defense MK18 Picatinny rail system handguard, a metal outer barrel, a metal muzzle brake, a polymer stock with a 5-position metal stock pipe, a polymer pistol grip, metal removable front and rear sights, along with various metal small parts such as the trigger, trigger guard, magazine releases, charging handle, bolt releases, and bolt. It also comes with a polymer housing metal 40-round GHK V3 M4 GMAG Gas Magazine.
In terms of internal structure, this is the third generation version of the GHK MK18 MOD1. This version of the magazine has increased gas capacity by 20%, resulting in a more powerful recoil for the airsoft gun. It can shoot more BB bullets in semi-auto and full-auto modes. Additionally, the V3 version has upgraded some of its internal parts such as the nozzle, stainless steel buffer, Selector, and hop-up unit.
