For optimal performance, we provide unprotected, flat-top 18650 rechargeable batteries.

The MCH supports most button-top, Unprotected cells, but has limited compatibility with Protected cells. For optimal performance, it is strongly advised to use Unprotected cells due to their superior performance enhancements.
